Lee Won-geun (born June 27, 1991) is a South Korean actor. He made his acting debut in the 2012 popular historical television drama Moon Embracing the Sun and is best known for starring in the high school drama Cheer Up! (2015).
Before his fame he had a done several part time jobs. He began his career as a model and has now become an actor. He is known as a celebrity with million watt smile. With the just right height and weight combo, his proportions are matchless. A beginner of south korea who made his first appearance on TV in the 2012 MBC historical drama Moon Embracing the Sun. His co-stars helped him a lot gain confidence before camera. He made his acting debut in the 2012. He is best known for his role in Cheer Up. It is actor Lee Won-keun who portrayed the valedictorian Kim Yeol on “Sassy Go Go” who grabbed attentions of many from this drama. He is maturing as an actor through diverse characters and genres in dramas like “The Sun and The Moon”.
