Lee Hong-koo

Lee Hong-koo (born May 9, 1934; Hangul: 이홍구; Hanja: 李洪九) was the Prime Minister of South Korea from December 17, 1994 to December 18, 1995.

Lee graduated from Oxford College in 1957 and Emory University in 1959. He later graduated from Yale University with a Ph.D. in political science.

When Lee wrote articles in JoongAng Ilbo in 2011, Chin Jung-kwon apparently stalked Lee by posting his own articles in Hankyoreh on the same day when Lee's columns were posted. Chin's stalking precisely started on Apr 11, 2011, and he followed Lee's columns for 10 consecutive postings up to Oct 14, 2011. Chin's columns were posted about 20 hours later on the same day when Lee's columns were posted. Their columns are listed below.

Lee Hong-koo usually took about 3 weeks break between each columns, but he had taken 4 weeks break before posting new columns on Oct 3. Chin still followed him on Oct 3, so it was clear that Chin stalked Lee intentionally. Chin's columns no longer get published after this stalking. Chin's purpose of stalking has not been verified, but Chin was accused by someone in his twitter for suspected computer hacking and queer sexual identity.
