The Lázaro Barrera Memorial Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race once held annually during the third week of May at Hollywood Park Racetrack in Inglewood, California. Due to the closing of Hollywood Park it is now held at Santa Anita Park.

The race is open to horses, age three willing to race seven furlongs on the dirt.

It is named the Lázaro Barrera Memorial Stakes in the memory of Hall of Fame trainer Lázaro "Laz" Barrera.

Previously a Grade II event, it was downgraded to Grade III in 2007.
