Lars Hustoft (born Lars Kåre Hustoft; November 20, 1975) is a Norwegian songwriter, record producer and manager. He runs Starbox Music Group which holds a publishing company (joint venture with Sony ATV), record label and a management company.

Lars has co-written and produced hits from several artists, including "Ring meg" / "Regn fra blå himmel" / "Bordet" by Gabrielle, "Closer" by Frida Amundsen and "Shattered" by Astrid Smeplass (Astrid S). In 2012, Hustoft worked with Morten Harket of A-ha on his solo album Out of My Hands. They wrote the title song "Out of My Hands" during sessions in Los Angeles.
