Hilarion "Larry" Silva (October 21, 1937 – April 27, 2004) also known as Pipoy, was a Filipino actor and comedian.
Born Hilarion Silva on October 21, 1937. He was former amateur boxer and actor.
He was married to Monina "Pipay" Silva.
He was elected as a councilor of the 3rd District of Manila in 1995. In 1998, he briefly became vice mayor when then Vice Mayor Lito Atienza ascended to the post of mayor as then Mayor Alfredo Lim resigned his post to run as president. That same year, he was reelected as councilor, serving until 2004.
He died on April 22, 2004 due to kidney failure.
