Larksville is a borough in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located 2 miles (3 km) west of Wilkes Barre on the Susquehanna River, along U.S. Route 11. In 1910, 9,288 people lived here, and in 1940, 8,467 people lived here. The population was 4,480 at the 2010 census.
