Lake Ripley is a census-designated place (CDP), in the town of Oakland, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,779 at the 2010 census.

Lake Ripley is located at 43°0′25″N 88°59′20″W / 43.00694°N 88.98889°W / 43.00694; -88.98889 (43.007064, -88.988950).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.6 square miles (6.7 km²), of which 1.9 square miles (5.0 km²) is land and 0.6 square mile (1.7 km²) (24.90%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1,603 people, 656 households, and 444 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 830.7 people per square mile (320.7/km²).
