"Laissez briller le soleil" ("Let the Sun Shine") was the Belgian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1988, performed in French by Reynaert.
The song was performed sixteenth on the night, following Norway's Karoline Krüger with "For vår jord" and preceding Luxembourg's Lara Fabian with "Croire". At the close of voting, it had received 5 points, placing 18th in a field of 21.
The song is a plea to "let the sun shine" on those less fortunate than oneself. Reynaert also recorded the song in English, as "The Sun Could Shine in Your Heart".
It was succeeded as Belgian representative at the 1989 contest by Ingeborg with "Door de wind".
