Laguna Beach is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bay County, Florida, United States. The population was 3,932 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Panama City–Lynn Haven–Panama City Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.6 square miles (6.8 km2), of which 2.4 square miles (6.2 km2) is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 km2), or 8.52%, is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 3,932 people, 1,816 households, and 1,022 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,638.3 people per square mile (634.2/km²). There were 4,607 housing units at an average density of 1,919.6/sq mi (743.1/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 91.8% White, 1.1% African American, 1.2% American Indian or Alaska Native, 0.8% Asian, 0.1 Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, 2.3% some other race, and 2.7% from two or more races. 5.8% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
