La Mia Vita Violenta (Italian: My Violent Life) is the second studio album by rock band Blonde Redhead. The album is dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini.
Recorded by Edward Douglas at the "Magic Shop" and "Water Music" studios & Mark Venezia at "Random Falls" studio on May - June 1995. Mixed by John Siket at the "Big House" studio on July 1995. All the band's photos - Stefano Giovannini. Cover design - Carissa Rodriguez and John Kelsey.
