La Flèche Wallonne Féminine is a major professional women's bicycle road race held in April each year in Wallonia, Belgium and is part of the UCI Women's World Tour.

The race began in 1998 as a women's road race and was held in conjunction with the men's race. From the following year onwards, the women's La Flèche Wallonne was a UCI Women's Road Cycling World Cup event. In 2016, the race became part of the new UCI Women's World Tour.

The women race the same course as the men, but do one less circuit.
