Kyaw Zayar Win (Burmese: ကျော်ဇေယျာဝင်း; born in 2 May 1991) is a footballer from Burma, and a midfielder for the Balestier Khalsa and the Myanmar National Football Team. He is the bronze medalist with Myanmar in 2011 Southeast Asian Games after scoring 4 goals in the tournament. He captained Myanmar under-22 team in 2013 AFC U-22 Asian Cup qualification.

The goal-scoring midfielder started his football career for Kanbawza in Myanmar National League, before transferring to Malaysia Super League side Perak FA in November 2013, signing a 1-year contract. However Perak terminated Zayar Win's contract in April 2014 due to injury problems.

Kyaw Zayar Win started his career at Yangon United FC. And then, he moved to Shan United F.C., former name KBZ FC.

Kyaw Zayar Win played first line-up and chosen for 2013 SEA Games. And moved to Perak FA with one year Loan.

Kyaw Zayar Win signed for Perak FA for the 2014 Malaysia Super League season after protracted talks over his contract. However, he lasted only half a season at the club before he was released.

After his release from Perak, Kyaw signed for Ayeyawady United F.C.

Kyaw signed for S.League side Balestier Khalsa FC in February 2017, filling up the club's last foreign signing slot and joining his compatriots Nanda Lin Kyaw Chit and Aung Kyaw Naing who had signed for the club days before him. He made his debut for the Tigers in a league game against Warriors FC on 28 February 2017. Although he won a penalty that led to the club taking the lead, the Tigers failed to hold on for a win, losing the game instead.
