The Korea International Broadcasting Foundation (KIBF; Korean: 한국 국제 방송교류재단) is a South Korean non-profit group dedicated to bringing information about South Korea to the world, and to foreigners living in South Korea. It is a media broadcasting network provider supervised with the Korea International Broadcasting Network Commission and authorized with the Korea Communications Commission.
Founded in 1996, it began broadcasting English-language T.V. to foreigners in South Korea in 1997. This service is now known as Arirang Korea.
In 1999, it began broadcasting TV to the rest of the world. By 2000, its satellite signal covered the globe. These broadcasts were primarily in English. This service is now known as Arirang World. It provides multi-language subtitle(Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Indonesian, Vietnamese) service. 2003 saw the launch of Arirang Radio, an English language FM radio broadcasting in South Korea.
In 2004, its Arabic TV service, Arirang Arab began.
In 2015, Arirang advanced into UN In-house network, and started UN channel.
