The Kolon Korea Open, as it is currently known for sponsorship reasons, is a men's professional golf tournament that has been held annually in South Korea since 1958.

It was a sole-sanctioned event in the first 40 year that the tournament was hosted.

The Korea Open was a fixture on the Korean Tour until joint sanctioning with the Asian Tour from 1998–2004 and then from 2006–2008. Then in 2009, it became part of the rival OneAsia Tour's inaugural schedule and is still co-sanctioned.

In 2017, the total purse is KRW1,200,000,000 with KRW300,000,000 to the winner. The event has been played at four locations since its inception. Woo Jeong Hills since 2000, Hanyang in 1997 and 1998 and then in 2001 and 2002, and Soeul CC for the 1999 and 2000 Opens.

In 2017, the winner and runner-up are eligible to compete in the 2017 Open Championship.
