Kim Jung-hwan (Korean pronunciation: [kim.dʑʌŋ.ɦwan] or [kim] [tɕʌŋ.ɦwan]; born 2 September 1983) is a South Korean fencer. He is ranked number 1 in 2016 in sabre.
He took up fencing in junior high school in 1996, influenced by a friend and his physical education teacher.
At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he won a gold medal in the Men's team sabre event. In the individual event he was defeated in the second round.
In the 2014–15 Fencing World Cup, Kim won gold at the New York Grand Prix in individual men's sabre, and finished the season ranked world #2 behind teammate Gu Bon-Gil. He is the 2015 Asian Champion.
