Kilmarnock Infirmary was a former general hospital in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire.
Kilmarnock Infirmary opened in 1868 in Portland Street, to meet the needs of the growing population in Kilmarnock. The original building was designed by the prolific Kilmarnock architect, William A Railton. The Foundation stone was laid in September 1867 and the building opened in October 1868. The hospital was extended at various times, usually paid for by fund raising events. In 1923 it had a capacity of 130 beds.
The building later became the nurses home. In the summer of 1994 the building was gutted by fire. Before this time Kilmarnock Infirmary had been succeeded by Crosshouse Hospital which opened in 1982.
Kilmarnock Infirmary and the accident and emergency building were demolished in the late 1980s after they were declared dangerous. The listed Nurses Home was demolished under a Dangerous Building Notice in September 1997.
