Kilbourne is a village in West Carroll Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 436 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 436 people, 168 households, and 124 families residing in the village. The population density was 319.8 inhabitants per square mile (123.8/km²). There were 185 housing units at an average density of 135.7 per square mile (52.5/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.62% White, 0.69% African American, 0.46% Native American, 0.23% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.15% of the population.
There were 168 households out of which 38.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.1% were married couples living together, 11.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.6% were non-families. 21.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
