Kevin Carey Joyce is a former Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 35th District from 2003 until 2010.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Joyce went to John Carroll University. His father, Jeremiah E. Joyce, also served in the Illinois General Assembly.And accept a position with Ave Maria University a private Roman Catholic near Naples, Florida. As of 2014 Joyce serves is Vice President of Development at the university.
