Kentucky Route 99 (KY 99) is a north–south rural secondary state highway that is located entirely in southeastern Allen County in south-central Kentucky.
KY 99 begins at the Kentucky-Tennessee state line separating Allen County from Macon County, Tennessee, at a connection with Tennessee State Route 10 (SR 10). KY 99's first intersection is with KY 1578 along the state line. KY 99's northern end is at an intersection with KY 100 near Holland, which is located between Scottsville and Fountain Run.
