Kentucky Route 878 (KY 878) is a rural, secondary, east–west state highway in northwestern and north-central Kentucky. The 12.109 miles (19.488 km) long route traverses northeastern Ohio and northwestern Grayson counties.
KY 848 begins near the northeastern Ohio County community of Dundee, at a junction with KY 69. It turns at its junction with KY 1644 to go due east, and then east-northeast to enter Grayson County, and the highway ends at a junction with KY 54 just west of that routes junction with KY 736.
The section of KY 878 within Grayson County is also known locally as Olaton Road.
