Kentucky Route 452 (KY 452) is a 6.048-mile-long (9.733 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through mostly rural areas of Pulaski County.
KY 452 begins at an intersection with KY 1247 north of Pulaski, within the north-central part of Pulaski County, where the roadway continues as Etna Road. It travels to the east-northeast and intersects U.S. Route 27 (US 27). It heads to the east-southeast and curves to the northeast. It crosses over Pitman Creek and then curves to the east-southeast. The highway crosses through Etna before intersecting the northern terminus of KY 3266 (Old Stilesville Road North). It crosses over Indian Creek before it meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with KY 39.
