Kentucky Route 368 (KY 368) is a 12.390-mile-long (19.940 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through mostly rural areas of Scott, Franklin, and Owen counties.

KY 368 begins at an intersection with KY 227 (Owenton Road) northwest of Stamping Ground, in the west-central part of Scott County. This intersection is just west of Lindsay Cemetery. It travels to the west-northwest, paralleling Lecomptes Run, and crosses over that stream. It curves to the northwest and passes Cedar Grove Cemetery before it enters Franklin County.

KY 368 curves to the north-northwest and begins paralleling Cedar Creek. It crosses over Oakland Branch and enters Elmville. There, it curves to the northwest. After leaving the community, it intersects the northern terminus of KY 1707 (Camp Pleasant Road). It heads to the west-northwest and enters Owen County. KY 368 curves to the north-northwest and then to the west-southwest. It crosses over Elm Fork and curves to the north-northwest and travels through the John A. Kleber Wildlife Management Area. It crosses over Little Indian Creek. It then curves to the west-southwest and crosses over Cedar Creek. After a crossing of Kays Branch, the highway curves to the north-northwest. It curves to the west-northwest, crosses over Morgadore Creek, curves to the northwest, and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with U.S. Route 127 (US 127).
