Kentucky Route 314 (KY 314) is a 8.8-mile-long (14.2 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Barren and Metcalfe counties with Center.
KY 314 begins at an intersection with KY 70 (Sulphur Well–Knob Lick Road / Hiseville Road) southeast of Hiseville, within Barren County. It travels to the east-southeast and crosses over Strader Branch. It then curves to the east-northeast. The highway crosses over Blue Spring Creek and intersects the northern terminus of KY 2435 (Knob Lick–Blue Springs Road) just before it enters Metcalfe County. KY 314 travels to the northeast and then intersects the southern terminus of KY 677 (Roberts Road). In the southwestern part of Center, it intersects KY 1243 and the northern terminus of KY 869 (Sulphur Well–Center Road). KY 314/KY 1243 travel concurrently to the north-northeast. They curve to the northeast and intersect the western terminus of KY 1048 and turn left, to the north-northwest. One block later, they split. KY 314 travels to the north-northeast and passes Center Cemetery before it meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with KY 218 (Crail Hope Road) in Shady Grove.
