Kentucky Route 240 (KY 240) is a 19.871-mile-long (31.979 km), rural, secondary, east–west state highway that traverses southern Warren County, and the northwestern part of Allen County in South Central Kentucky.
KY 240 begins at a junction with U.S. Route 68 (US 68) and KY 80 just into Warren County right near the Logan County line just east of South Union. It then intersects US 31W and then KY 884 in Woodburn.
