Kentucky Route 200 (KY 200) is a north–south. rural, secondary state highway that goes through Clinton and Wayne counties in south-central Kentucky.
Locally maintained Caney Creek Road becomes KY 200 at the Tennessee–Kentucky state line separating Clinton County from Pickett County, Tennessee, and KY 200 enters Wayne County only after its first 0.396 miles (0.637 km) of length. Its northern terminus is at a junction with Kentucky Route 167 near the southern outskirts of Monticello.
