Kentucky Route 1118 (KY 1118) is a rural secondary north-south state highway located in west-central Kentucky. Its total length is 6.638 miles (10.683 km) traversing northern Butler and southern Ohio Counties.
KY 1118's southern terminus is located along US 231 between the Natcher Parkway interchange and the KY 70 junction. KY 1118 goes northward to Gilstrap, and then enters Ohio County to end with the junction with KY 505 at Baizetown.
