Kayce Freed (born 1958) is a television producer.

Freed is currently a freelance producer. In 2006, she co-founded The Documentary Group. She is a former producer of the 20/20 television show on ABC.

In 1976, Freed graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, as a member of one of the school's first coeducational classes. She graduated from Brown University and attended the London School of Economics.

Freed is Peter Jennings' widow. She became his fourth wife when they married on December 2, 1997.

She, along with her two stepchildren and sister-in-law, was beside Jennings when he died on August 7, 2005. After his death, she issued the following statement: "Peter died with his family around him, without pain and in peace. He knew he'd lived a good life."
