Kayah i Bregović (English: Kayah & Bregović) is a joint album by Serbian musician Goran Bregović and Polish singer Kayah, released in 1999.
The album is a blend of pop and folk, in particular Balkan music, with elements of Romani music ("Čaje šukarije"), traditional music of the Gorals and references to Polish Christmas carol "Bóg się rodzi". Kayah wrote all the lyrics and Bregović composed the music and produced the material. The album contains several songs from his earlier records.
Kayah i Bregović became a huge commercial success in Poland, selling in over 700,000 copies, what prompted its release in other countries. The album spawned four singles, including major hits "Śpij kochanie, śpij" and "Prawy do lewego". On September 10, 1999, Kayah and Goran gave a famous live performance for over 50,000 people in Służewiec, Warsaw.
