Kathy Tran

Kathy Tran shares the distinction with Kelly Fowler of being first Asian-American women to be elected to the U.S. state of Virginia's House of Delegates in November 2017. She is the first Vietnamese American elected official on any level in the Commonwealth and is a Duke University graduate with a Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan.
