Karl A. Rhoads (born January 24, 1963) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives since January 2013 representing District 29. Rhoads served consecutively from January 2007 until 2013 in the District 28 seat.
Rhoads earned his BA in chemistry and history at Andrews University, his MA at the University of London, and his JD from George Washington University.
