Karen Fujii (藤井 夏恋 Fujii Karen, born 16 July 1996, in Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese singer, dancer, fashion model and actress who is a member of Happiness, E-girls and ShuuKaRen and an exclusive model for the magazines JJ and Nicola.
Fujii is represented with LDH. Her sister is Flower and E-girls member Shuuka Fujii. Fujii's brother is Johnny's West member Ryusei Fujii.
Before her debut, she went to the Exile Professional Gym (EXPG) with her sister Shuuka.
In 26 October 2008, Fujii became one of the EXPG graduates who became members of the performance group Happiness and she became a dancer in the name Karen (stylized as KAREN), in which started her career as a singer.
In January 2009 she became an exclusive model in the fashion magazine Nicola in the February issue as Karen Fujii.
In 9 February 2011 the single "Kiss Me" made the major debut of Fujii as a member of Happiness. Later in April she, and the members of Happiness, became a member of E-girls.
Fujii graduated as an exclusive model from the May issue of Nicola in April 2013. Since June she only uses her current name Karen Fujii. Later in July Fujii became an exclusive model for JJ, also a fashion magazine, in its September issue.
In February 2014 the Nippon TV drama A Perfect Day for Love Letters made her acting debut.
In 11 August 2016, she with her sister Shuuka formed a unit called ShuuKaRen.
