Karen Dyer, (born December 20, 1977), formerly known as Eva LaDare, is an American film and television and motion capture actress, perhaps known mainly for her part in the Andre 3000 film Idlewild. She has also provided the voices for Sheva Alomar in Resident Evil 5 and Elena in the Street Fighter franchises. A native of Brooklyn, she is of Jamaican and Irish heritage. She lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband David Ackert, who is an actor and motivational speaker. Dyer was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
