Kantoku (寛徳?) was a Japanese era name (年号,, nengō,?, lit. "year name") after Chōkyū and before Eishō. This period spanned the years from November 1044 through April 1046. The reigning emperors were Go-Suzaku-tennō (後朱雀天皇?) and Go-Reizei-tennō (後冷泉天皇?).
