Kaashidhoo (Dhivehi: ކާށިދޫ) is one of the inhabited islands of Kaafu Atoll.

It is located at the northern tip of Malé atoll and is the fifth biggest island in the entire Maldivian archipelago. Kaashidhoo is well known for its wealth in coconut trees.

Kaashidhoo is included in the Malé Atoll. However it is an atoll by itself geographically. For the ease of administration the island is placed under Kaafu Atoll.

The Kaashidu Kandu, also known as 'Kardiva Channel' is the broad channel separating some of the central atolls of Maldives. The island of Kaashidu lies roughly in the middle of this channel which runs in a SW-NE direction. It appeared in old French maps as 'Courant de Caridoue'.
