Kevin Joseph Sawka (born 10 October 1977), better known as KJ Sawka is an American drummer, Multi-instrumentalist, Record producer and Disc jockey.

The uniqueness of this artist is that he performs jungle drum and bass live using acoustic drums (and a synthesizer for basslines and melodies), unlike the general trend in the present DJs and producers of this kind, which only use drum machines. He is the drummer in the groups Pendulum and Destroid.

KJ Sawka started his musical career at the age of 12. At age 18, he developed an interest for electronic music, and started producing as well. Phil Collins's drumming was a major influence on him.

The drumkit configuration, which allows for greater improvisation, is highly personalized and is dictated by the type of music played: for example, there are many paired dishes with the bells placed on the other, and various types of snare. Compared to studio albums, which is leaning more towards electronic components, in live performances the drum part is predominant.

In 2010 he became the drummer of Pendulum, with whom he published Immersion.

In 2012, together with producers Excision and Downlink, he founded the supergroup Destroid, of which he is the drummer.

On April 28, 2015 KJ Sawka founded the independent record label Impossible Records.

In 2016 Pendulum reunited for a single live show at Ultra Music Festival, Miami. They started touring again in 2017.
