KCC Malls is a chain of shopping malls originated in Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Philippines. It is owned by Koronadal Commercial Corporation and their headquarters is situated in General Santos City. KCC currently has 4 Malls in operation in General Santos City, Koronadal City and Zamboanga City.
KCC started in 1957 as a textile store after the creation of Koronadal during the time of President Manuel Roxas. It then expanded in 1989 into a supermarket and department store as KCC Shopping Center. In 1992, KCC opened its first store in General Santos City called KCC Warehouse Plaza, which was later renamed as KCC Mall of GenSan in 1996. The GenSan mall has outplayed Gaisano Mall of GenSan, Robinsons Place GenSan and SM City General Santos in regards to daily foot traffic.
After four years, KCC Shopping Center expanded into KCC Mall of Marbel.
KCC expanded outside SOCCSKSARGEN with the groundbreaking of its newest mall in Zamboanga City in October 10, 2012. The Zamboanga mall was opened on December 10, 2015.
