Justin Hyde is an American poet, Editor and correctional officer from Iowa.
Hyde has spent his entire life living in Iowa. He has had hundreds of poems published in alternative online literary magazines since 2005 and is best-known for his realist poetry, which depicts the everyday-life of everyday-people in plain language.
Hyde is a Literary Editor for The Commonline Journal and the former Poetry Editor of Thieves Jargon. His work has most notably appeared in New York Quarterly,The Iowa Review,CounterPunch,3am Magazine, and Zygote In My Coffee.
