Just Ballade is the ninth studio album by Japanese R&B singer Misia, released December 16, 2009. It is her first album released under Ariola Japan.Just Ballade comes close two years after her last studio album, Eighth World, and is her first to include solely ballads. It was released simultaneously with Misia's twenty-fourth single, "Hoshi no Yō ni...". The album was released in three editions: two limited and the regular CD only edition. The limited edition type A includes the album in Blu-spec CD format, a cardboard sleeve casing, and a bonus DVD containing 6 music videos. The limited edition type B comes with a 28-page color booklet in a deluxe packaging.
The album has yielded 6 singles, each of which have had a commercial tie-in. Several album tracks were also used in promotional campaigns leading up to their release. "Chiheisen no Mukōgawa e" served as ending theme for the TV Tokyo program World Business Satellite, "Boku no Kimochi" as ending theme to the NTV program Himitsu no Kenmin Show, and "Work It Out" as ending theme for the NTV program Jōhō Live Miyaneya.
Just Ballade debuted at #3 on the daily Oricon albums chart with 17,846 copies sold and at #4 on the weekly chart, selling 57,469 copies in its first week. It has been certified Gold by the RIAJ.
