Julie Ann Robinson (born January 14, 1957) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Robinson received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas in 1978 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1981. She was a law clerk in private practice in Kansas in 1981. She was a law clerk for Judge Benjamin E. Franklin of the United States Bankruptcy Court from 1981 to 1983. She was an Assistant United States Attorney of the United States Attorney's Office, District of Kansas from 1983 to 1992. She was an adjunct faculty at the University of Kansas School of Law from 1989 to 1990. She was a senior litigation counsel, United States Attorney's Office, District of Kansas from 1992 to 1994. She was a Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit from 1996 to 2001.

Robinson was nominated to be a United States District Judge by President George W. Bush on September 10, 2001, to a seat vacated by George Thomas Van Bebber. She was confirmed by the United States Senate on December 11, 2001, and received her commission on December 13, 2001.
