Juan Cabrillo is a fictional character in the Oregon Files series of adventure novels by Clive Cussler. The series revolves around the Oregon, a state-of-the-art maritime vessel disguised as a rusting heap of junk. Cabrillo is the main character of the series as chairman of The Corporation and in charge of the ship and its crew. He shares his name with Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo, a Spanish conquistador from the time of Hernán Cortés.

Unlike Cussler's heroes Dirk Pitt and Kurt Austin, Cabrillo is not a womanizer. His wife died while driving when drunk. His weapon of choice is the FN Five-seven semi-automatic pistol.
