Joseph Sinnott Mansion, also known as "Rathalla" or the Main Building at Rosemont College, is a historic home located on the campus of Rosemont College at Rosemont, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1889-1891 as the summer home of Philadelphia businessman Joseph Sinnott. It is a 2 1/2-story, stone building on a brick foundation in a Renaissance Revival / Châteauesque style. It features a high, steep sided, slate covered hipped roof, six decorated chimneys, numerous dormer windows, turrets, and stone carvings including gargoyles. The property was purchased for $1.00 by the Sisters of the Holy Child of Jesus in 1927.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
