Joseph E. Hall House, also known as the Hall-Nicholson House and Rebecca M. Arthurs Memorial Library, is a historic home located at Brookville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1848, and is a two-story, wood frame dwelling with two flanking wings in the Greek Revival-style. The front facade features a two-story porch with four fluted Ionic order columns and a shallow pediment. Two modest Victorian porches are on the flanking wings. The house was deeded for use as a library in 1956, and served that purpose into the late-1970s when it again became a residence.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It is located in the Brookville Historic District.
