José María Gil-Robles y Gil-Delgado (17 June 1935 in Madrid) is a Spanish politician. He was formerly a Member of the European Parliament in the European People's Party group, and was President of the European Parliament from 1997 to 1999.
From 2009 to 2014, he was president of the Jean Monnet Foundation for Europe.
