John Anthony Palumbo (born 1956) is an American author, businessman and professional speaker who writes and lectures internationally on sales, consumer behavior, and personal development.

Palumbo is based in Jacksonville, Florida and the host of the "Investment Gambler" segment on WJXT, a Jacksonville television station. He is also the executive producer of the syndicated television series America's Dumbest Criminals. He has been interviewed as an expert in the field of sales training by a number of publications including the Wall Street Journal. Palumbo has also appeared on Polish National Radio and Builder Radio.

He has written on the topic of recognizing value in items dismissed as worthless. Palumbo has at least a dozen businesses, many of which target the acquisition of undervalued properties. One of his first companies was The Sterling Group, now The Sales DNA Institute, described as an idea studio for sales and marketing management where he serves as the CEO. He is the owner of the royalty rights for deceased Roots author, Alex Haley.

He is a member and instructor of the Institute of Residential Marketing along with being a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the International Brotherhood of Magicians, Order of Merlin. Palumbo is invited repeatedly as a guest speaker at conferences and national conventions including IBS, Super Sales Rally, SEBC and the Midwest Builders’ Conference.

Palumbo is also the author of the book What's Your Sales DNA? among others.
