John P. Flaherty Jr. (born November 19, 1931) was a Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 1978 to 2001 and Chief Justice of the Court from 1996 to 2001. He retired at the end of 2001. His seat as Justice was filled by Michael Eakin.
