John Newland (1717, Slindon, Sussex – 1800, England) was an English professional cricketer who played first-class cricket during the 1740s for Slindon Cricket Club and Sussex. He made 8 known first-class appearances plus two more in single wicket.
He was the middle brother of Richard and Adam Newland; and an uncle of Richard Nyren.
