John K. Fairbank Prize

The John K. Fairbank Prize is awarded by the American Historical Association to an author of a book about the history of China, Vietnam, Chinese Central Asia, Mongolia, Manchuria, Korea, or Japan since the year 1800. The prize was established in 1969 in honor of East Asian historian John King Fairbank.
