John Bosco Jasokie was a Naga politician. He became the Chief Minister of Nagaland in two different occasions as part of the Naga National Democratic Party. He was earlier a guide for Allied forces during the 2nd World War. He was expelled from the Naga National Council after he differed with Angami Zapu Phizo and expressed his view that independence was unrealistic for a landlocked hill region with few natural resources.
