Joelinton Cassio Apolinário de Lira (born 14 August 1996), known as Joelinton, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a centre forward for Austrian club Rapid Wien, on loan from 1899 Hoffenheim. Starting his career with Sport Recife, Joelinton joined his current club Hoffenheim in 2015. He has also been capped for the Brazil under-17 national team.

Joelinton joined Sport Recife in 2012 and spent two years playing in the youth team. He was promoted to the senior squad in 2013, but it was not until March 2014 that he made his professional debut, in a Copa do Nordeste match against Santa Cruz. He made a total of nine appearances for the senior team in that year, having scored two goals.

In 2015, he established himself in the first team, having put up good performances in the Campeonato Pernambucano and the Campeonato Brasileiro. In total, he made 38 appearances and scored 7 goals for the club.

On 5 June 2015, Sport Recife and Hoffenheim announced that they had reached an agreement for the transfer of Joelinton. The deal was reportedly settled in €2 million.

On 23 June 2016, Hoffenheim announced that Joelinton will be loaned to Rapid Wien until June 30, 2018. He scored in a 2-0 win against Chelsea FC during a preseason game for Rapid Wien in 2016.

Joelinton has been capped four times by the Brazil under-17 national team and scored two goals.
