Jinjiang International (Group) Company Limited (锦江国际（集团）有限公司) is a Shanghai-based state-owned enterprise of the People's Republic of China and one of the largest tourism enterprises in China.
Its subsidiaries include Jin Jiang International Holdings Limited, Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company Limited, and Jin Jiang Inn Company Limited.
The Group operates Shanghai's well known Jinjiang Hotel, Peace Hotel, Park Hotel and Metropole Hotel. Other chains operated by the group include the Jinjiang Inn (S: 锦江之星连锁酒店, P: Jǐnjiāng Zhīxīng Liánsuǒ Jiǔdiàn) and Bestay Hotel Express (S: 百时快捷酒店, P: Bǎishí Kuàijié Jiǔdiàn), and Magnotel (S: 白玉兰酒店, P: Bái Yùlán Jiǔdiàn).
Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels Holdings Company Limited (Jinjiang Hotels Group or Jinjiang Hotels in short) is the largest hotel group in China. It has more than 380 hotels and inns affiliated to it and under its management in major China cities, including Peace Hotel and Jinjiang Star. It is headquartered in Shanghai.
The Group's subsidiary company, Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotel Development Company Limited (: ) was listed on the in 1996. Its holding company, Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels (Group) Company Limited H shares (: 2006) was listed on the in 2006.
